Getting Started

Fund your wallet

How to add funds to your on-platform wallet, and what store credit can and cannot be used for.

Packs are bought with a wallet balance rather than a card at checkout. You top the wallet up once, and buying a pack afterwards is a single click — which is the difference between getting a pack and missing it when a stream is busy.

Adding funds

  1. Open your Wallet.
  2. Choose an amount and pay by card. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
  3. Your balance updates as soon as the payment clears.

Deposits are processed in U.S. dollars.

What your balance is

Your wallet balance is store credit. This is the part worth reading twice:

  • It can be used to buy packs. (Shipping is paid by card at checkout, not from the wallet.)
  • It cannot be withdrawn to a bank account or card.
  • It cannot be transferred to another user.
  • It cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • It does not earn interest, and it is not FDIC-insured or protected by any government agency.

Money you get back from selling a card back to us arrives as store credit on these same terms.

Refunds

Packs are opened automatically: you can open yours early, and otherwise it opens on its own when it reaches the front of the queue. There is no unopened pack to send back. A pack's contents were fixed before the rip, so opening it only reveals cards that were already decided — pack purchases are final once opened, subject to applicable law. There is more detail in fees and limits.

We may deduct fees or card chargebacks from your balance.
